Is your vision a future without fragility fractures? Are you passionate about secondary fracture prevention and improving the lives of people with osteoporosis? Would you like to make a tangible difference to service provision – both in terms of equity and quality?

We are seeking to appoint two Service Delivery Leads - one in the Central & NW/NE Midlands area and one in Eastern England, London and the South-East area; who will have specific responsibility for supporting the implementation and development of Fracture Liaison Services (FLS).

You will have at least 5 years’ clinical or managerial experience within an NHS setting, and ideally have been involved in delivering healthcare improvement initiatives. You will also have worked effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, ranging from clinicians, commissioners, patients, carers and the public, as well as clinical experts. It is important that you have project management experience: planning, delivering and evaluating your work to demonstrate a positive impact and outcomes that significantly benefit patients’ lives.

Each role covers a large geographical area and will require travel. Ideally you will live in the regions specified.

To apply, please click on the apply button and submit your CV and covering letter outlining how your skills and experience meet the job description and criteria. All applicants must have the right to work in the UK. The relevant documentation to demonstrate the right to work in the UK will be requested at interview stage.

This role requires a DBS Disclosure and up to date NMC Registration.

Closing date is 21/5/2018 at 12 Noon. Interviews will be held at Camerton, Bath.
