Nurse Liaison

A new vacancy has become available for a registered nurse who is passionate about delivering the best in homecare/nursing and would like to work for one of London’s top premier nursing and care agencies.  You must have a current/maintained registration with the NMC.

Working closely with other professionals in the team, you will work across traditional age barriers to provide a liaison service that is inclusive of all adults aged 18 and over, whilst being supported to develop expert skills in specific areas of liaison. The key responsibilities of this role is to prepare risk assessments and provide care plans for clients in their own homes ensuring that they are updated on a regular basis. Along with excellent communication and organisational skills a professional and customer focused approach is needed including absolute discretion, diplomacy and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and information.

You will be confident in working within the framework of the NMC Code of conduct and promoting these values and standards.  Your understanding and knowledge of CQC policy and procedure will be up to date, as will your professional competence in the required areas.
