Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston upon Thames – a network partner of Carers Trust, the UK's leading provider of support for Carers and the people they care for.

A non-profit organisation, we provide bespoke, high quality home and community respite services in both Richmond and Kingston upon Thames. Our team are not volunteers; they are highly trained, paid and experienced Care Support Workers. For over 30 years, we have been delivering high standards of care and services for children and adults of all ages and disability.

What we do

We offer extended respite breaks beyond our charity services and provisions, through private purchasing or match funding with direct payments, and contracts/care support packages from health and social care providers e.g. NHS, Continuing Care Nursing team, Adult Social Services, Achieving for Children.

The Role: Clinical Lead

Grade / Pay RateNurse Band 5-6 (Paediatric preferable, not essential)

Location: Teddington office (some capacity for home-working)

Time: Full-Time – Some flexible working

Reporting to: CEO

Responsible to: The Trustees of Crossroads Care Richmond and Kingston

Function: Experience working with children preferable. Capacity to shape the role - to provide clinical and nursing leadership, advice, and information to the team, trustees, staff, volunteers, Carers and the people they care for.  To maintain and update policies/procedures and records, to include, risk assessments, care support plans, training, and other appropriate documents.
