personalised service, promoting self management and health and well being.
We have a number of rewarding roles for Team Managers (Band 7) and experienced/newly Qualified District Nurses (Band 6) on a full and part-time basis in Edinburgh and Lothians.
The posts are part of the area’s integrated health and social care partnerships, which are proactively developing new models of care. Nursing roles are integral to influencing this. There is scope for role development using the excellent links with both Queen Margaret University and Napier University.
