ABOUT YOUAs an Activities Coordinator at Barchester, you'll need to be exceptionally personable - someone with a warm and empathetic approach. At the same time, you'll have the kind of driven mindset that gets things done and makes things happen. Your enthusiasm will be infectious and you should be creative, inspiring and organised. You'll also be a natural when it comes to making sure our homes and everyone in them are a part of the local community. If you have similar experience behind you, that would be ideal but it isn't essential. Especially because we'll make sure you have the training you need to develop your skills and progress your career with us.
