The role

We are looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships in the community and oversee the operational management of the care home. Ability to lead a team of nurses, carers and ancillary staff  plus ensure a happy, healthy and safe environment for our residents is crucial.

  • Registered Nurse (current pin number with NMC) that holds a Post Registration Qualification
  • Scotvec qualification at level 4 (or UK equivalent)
  • Deputising/Management experience within the Care Home environment
  • Clear and concise communicator with excellent listening skills
  • Experience of ‘Care of the Elderly’ and an in-depth understanding of dementia
  • An individual that can maintain a positive attitude at all times
  • Knowledge of employment law, the private sector, and care home legislation are desirable
