Nurse: An enthusiastic, patient-focussed Nurse is required to promote safety and prepare patients for surgery for one of the UK's leading Cosmetic Surgery Groups, established as a leader in the field of Cosmetic Surgery and Laser & Skin Treatments with clinics throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will be a registered Nurse with a minimum of 12 months experience looking to join a growing, well-respected industry leading organisation that can offer genuine career progression. The successful Lead Nurse will report directly to the Clinical Manager and liaise with patients, colleagues, doctors and surgeons as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre & post treatment care, assessments and advice (including bloods, ECG)
• Ensure patients receive the best possible care
• Counsel and treat patients
• Document all patient interventions and store records securely 
• Chaperone patients during surgical consultation appointments
• Manage and process clinic ordering, invoicing, deliveries, stock checks
• Helping to achieve commercial targets
• Research, initiate and evaluate new ideas to foster continuous improvement
• Participate in our out of hours on-call service
• Maintain competitor awareness to support effective patient communication

Skills & Experience:

• Registered nurse
• Minimum of 1 year post registration experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good organisational skills
