Build a firm foundation of experience by working with a friendly, professional and encouraging team who are focused on being a centre of excellence for a wide variety of surgical procedures and treatments.

Riverside Day Surgery and Short Stay Unit is based at Charing Cross Hospital consisting of 20 inpatient and 16 recovery beds which support the high volume work of the four Riverside Theatres. We specialise in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing breast, ENT, GI, ophthalmology, orthopaedic, plastic, urology and vascular surgery. In addition, we are providing cutting-edge treatments in breast surgery and ENT, and Charing Cross Hospital is the flagship site for the RAPID (prostate cancer diagnosis) programme. Riverside is also proud to be the home to the National Centre for Gender Reassignment Surgery.

Your development is our priority and this will be supported by the senior nursing team and our clinical practice educator.
