Our client is an independent day school for boys aged 7 -18 and girls aged 16 -18. There are over 160 staff in the two common rooms and 130 non-teaching staff. Founded in 1829 by Royal Charter, this is a school of over 1300 pupils located in one of the most attractive and peaceful parts of London.
They are seeking to appoint a full-time school nurse / paramedic (8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday) to join the school's busy medical team in October 2018. This is an ideal opportunity for an able and enthusiastic person to contribute to and provide strong support for the school's medical / nursing provision. The ideal candidate will have nursing experience, working in a hospital, school, welfare office or doctor's surgery or similar and have either paramedic qualifications or experience of working with ambulance crews. A competitive salary is on offer commensurate with this important term-time only role and part time application may be considered.
