ABOUT THE ROLE

Tyspane is a well-established care centre, with a lovely outdoor area and impressive building, located in a beautiful rural setting. The home is rated as Good with CQC, and will be welcoming a brand new on-site management team at the beginning of October. We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional support to residents and care staff, and who is driven to improve care standards across the team. This will be a challenging and rewarding role for a nurse who is keen to be involved in the implementation of new and improved methods of working. You will be supported by a brand new General and Deputy Manager, as well as an experienced home team.

As a Registered Nurse at Tyspane, you will be responsible for working autonomously, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills, developing tailored person-centred care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. We are looking for a nurse who will support our ethos to provide exceptional care, whilst managing the clinical and emotional requirements of each service user. We will reward your dedication with a competitive starting salary (Band 6), free uniform, bespoke training (including 10-60-6 dementia training), and a relocation package if required. To join us as a Registered Nurse you must have a current NMC PIN with no restrictions.

If you are a Registered Nurse and have the following skills and experience, we would love to speak with you:

* Understanding of CQC framework

* Enthusiasm for implementing change to promote the best standards of care.
