Cherry Trees is a stunning home located in a beautiful rural setting, providing general nursing and dementia care. The home has been through a period of change over the last 12 months, aiming to achieve a Good CQC rating at its next inspection. We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional support to residents and care staff, and who is driven to support our ethos to improve care standards across the team. This will be a challenging and rewarding role for a nurse who is keen to be involved in the implementation of new and improved methods of working. You will be supported by an approachable and knowledgeable General Manager, as well as an experienced home team.

As a Registered Nurse at Cherry Trees, you will be responsible for working autonomously, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills, developing tailored person-centred care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. We are looking for a nurse who will support our ethos to provide exceptional care, whilst managing the clinical and emotional requirements of each service user. We will reward your dedication with a competitive starting salary (Band 6), free uniform, and bespoke training. To join us as a Registered Nurse you must have a current NMC PIN with no restrictions.

If you are a Registered Nurse and have the following skills and experience, we would love to speak with you:
