ABOUT THE ROLE

Cherry Trees is a stunning home located in a beautiful rural setting, providing general nursing and dementia care. The home has been through a period of change over the last 12 months, aiming to achieve a Good CQC rating at its next inspection. We are looking for a Care Assistant who is committed to providing exceptional support to residents and who is driven to display empathy and compassion. You will be supported by an approachable and knowledgeable General Manager, as well as an experienced home team.
As a Care Assistant at Cherry Trees, you will be part of a supporting team responsible for providing care to elderly residents, whilst demonstrating empathy to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues. The role offers the opportunity to develop new skills, and you will be supported to deliver exceptional care, working holistically and using the most up-to-date techniques. Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential.
