ABOUT THE ROLE
Barchester's Forest Hospital is a state of the art independent mental health hospital, providing specialist support to working age adults with organic mental health conditions. Forest Hospital is located just outside Mansfield, with excellent transport links, and is currently rated as Good with CQC. Part of Barchester Healthcare, a leading UK healthcare provider, we put the experience of the service user at the heart of our practice.

We're looking for a Senior Registered Nurse (RMN) to join our highly knowledgeable team. The role will involve working with complex mental health conditions, so you'll need a range of skills and experience, particularly with early onset dementia. In this challenging environment, you'll work with unique and complex caseloads, developing specific understandings and techniques. You will be supported by the onsite management and clinical team to continually improve and update the delivery of care. The role will include developing tailored care plans for each patient, so you must have an understanding of regulatory frameworks, and be able to demonstrate compassion to patients and their families. We are looking for a nurse who will support our ethos to provide exceptional care, whilst managing the clinical and emotional requirements of each service user. To join us as a Senior Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) you must have a current NMC PIN with no restrictions. Hospital experience is desirable but not essential, alongside previous leadership experience.

ABOUT YOU
If you are a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) and have the following skills and experience, we would love to speak with you:
* RMN qualification
* NMC PIN
* Hospital experience (desirable)
* Understanding of dementia and other organic mental health conditions
* Developing and updating care plans

YOUR REWARDS
As well as competitive pay, you can look forward to a role that offers true flexibility and plenty of free learning and development opportunities. As one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, we take the growth of everyone who works for us seriously.

If you'd like to use your clinical and people skills in an organisation that provides the quality care you'd expect for your loved ones, this is a rewarding and empowering place.
