As a Minor Injuries Practitioner you will be working across a locality within the County of Cornwall, where you will be responsible in delivering without supervision, effective minor injury services to patients utilising an evidence-based approach, whilst also being accountable for the delivery of patient care in practitioner-run minor injuries units across multiple locations.
Person Specification:
Essential are all of the following; Academically recognised degree level qualification in minor injuries which must incorporate minor illness plus paediatrics (1st Level NMC/HCPC). Ionising Radiation (Medical Exposure) Regulations certificate. ENB 998 or equivalent Mentorship Module. Must be currently working in an urgent care environment as a minimum of Band 5 and to have held that post for at least the past 2 years. Driving License essential.
