Are you a highly motivated professional with operational management experience of a children’s service, and looking for a new challenge to develop your skills and knowledge?
We are currently recruiting for Deputy Service Managers at two of our hospice services at Milton in Cambridgeshire and Quidenham in Norfolk (relocation due June 2019 to our new hospice, the nook, near Poringland, Norwich).
You will be responsible for the operational management of delivery of high quality locality based palliative care services, deputising for the locality EACH Service Manager when required. You will be leading and line managing a team of multi-professional team leaders, coordinating the staffing resource within the locality including preparation of duty rotas for all sessions of care and activities. The role will also involve contributing to the strategic development of the care service by leading on designated pieces of work.
