Up to £40,000 per annum

Description: A vacancy has arisen for Senior Sister/ Charge Nurse (RGN) - Outpatients

at a private hospital who offer a comprehensive range of procedures, from knee and hip replacement, to cataract surgery, to breast augmentation, all carried out by their expert consultants and aided by state-of-art medical equipment.

Person Specification: As the Sister/ Charge Nurse, the post holder will be responsible for the day to day running of the Outpatient Department, supporting patients and clinicians in the delivery of specialist clinics for example Vascular, Urology, Ophthalmology, Colorectal, and Orthopaedics. As the Department leader you will be responsible for Governance, Quality and the Patient Experience.

To be successful in this exciting new challenge, you’ll need NMC registration and a track record of relevant experience. Ideally, you will also have a mentorship qualification and recent experience in cannulation and the administration of drugs. Here, you’ll use your knowledge and skills to contribute to your patients’ experience like never before.

In addition, the successful candidate will be proactive in service development and changes to outpatient service delivery, working alongside the Senior Management Team/Clinical Managers.
