A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who is looking to secure a permanent role in this fast-paced, thriving and challenging Community Team which has been delivering healthcare at home in Northamptonshire for 25 years. We are seeking a dynamic, flexible and experienced Nurse Practitioner with experience across a range of health conditions, including acute, long term and are frail and elderly and will be able to support the on-going development of our Community Team.  The post holder will be confident in providing effective clinical leadership to the team and work well under pressure. They must possess advanced clinical assessment skills, be a confident prescriber, able to problem solve and think on their feet.

The successful candidate would also be required to lead and co-ordinate compassionate, high quality and evidence based care by supporting the Clinical Lead and working in partnership with other Community Matrons to ensure the safe and effective delivery of the service throughout its operational times.  The candidate will require highly effective communication skills to ensure collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team and provide strong clinical leadership presence that promotes autonomy and development of the workforce.

You will need to provide strong leadership, possess excellent communication skills and be able to develop and support staff with clinical and professional expertise.
