Permanent, Full-Time | £33,000 - £39,000 per annum

We’re looking for Deputy Service Managers for two of our hospices at Milton in Cambridgeshire and Quidenham in Norfolk (relocation due June 2019 to our new hospice, ​the ​nook, near Poringland, Norwich).

The role

As a Deputy Service Manager at EACH, you will be responsible for the operational management of delivering high quality palliative care services and contribute to the strategic development of our care service by leading on designated pieces of work. You will lead and line manage a team of multi-professional team leaders, coordinating the staffing resource, including preparation of duty rotas for all sessions of care and activities. You will also deputise for the locality EACH Service Manager when required.
