And right now, we’re looking for a Practice Nurse to join our team join our dedicated Primary Care team at Church Lane, Braintree and provide key services to around 11,000 customers.

Using your knowledge, skills and experience, you’ll assess, plan, implement and evaluate care programmes that promote health and wellbeing for a wide range of patients. From those with long term conditions, to patients with uncomplicated wounds, those who need help with family planning, and more.

You’ll need to be a 1st Level Registered Nurse with a First Degree level qualification, a Practice Nurse qualification, clinical experience gained from working in a GP practice, and some experience of Teaching and Assessing. Plus, you’ll need excellent communication, teamworking and IT skills, and a good knowledge of current issues in A&E, primary care and nurse led services.
