  • Person Specification: Our client seeks a Village Nurse Manager (with a minimum of 2 years RGN/RMN experience) Someone that is innovative and creative; that really wants to make a difference. You will work with the CCGs and GPs to move with the changing needs and expectations of their customers, being actively involved in developing and trialling new concepts, models, methods and practices which provide continuous new and improved care services. As a member of the village management team you will be providing out of hours support and advice and deputise for the support manager.  You will provide care assessments with customers with a range of acute , non acute and chronic medical conditions; initiating clinical referrals where appropriate. You will support team members in helping customers maintain their health and well-being; provide advice and teaching about nutrition, medicine management, exercise, mental health and management of conditions.
  • Benefits: 28 days holiday (inclusive bank holidays), flat rate on all cover shifts, double time for bank holidays or single time and a day off on lieu, employer/employee pension up to 8% of basic salary post.
