What you’ll do

Leading the care team during your shifts, you will make certain that we fully meet residents’ medical, physical and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement, whilst acting as Named Nurse for your own portfolio of service users.

When a new resident joins us at Perry Manor care home our team gets to know their unique needs, preferences and personality before creating a tailored care plan for them. In fact, everything we do at Perry Manor – from the food our chef-led catering teams serve up, to the activities we organise - is tailored to residents’ individual preferences. Our stunning facilities ensure that residents enjoy a ‘five star’ experience, whether they’re watching their favourite films in the cinema, catching up with friends in the coffee shop, or having a pamper session with the hairdresser.

Who you are

An NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you will be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You will be keen to develop your leadership skills and clinical knowledge, capable of building close relationships with residents and their families, and determined to drive continuous improvement.
