Urgently looking for Band 5 Registered Nurses to join our friendly Elderly care departments at Queen's and King George Hospitals. We have full time and part time vacancies apply today to join our team. We accept applications from Registered Nurses who work in nursing homes and are looking to join a hospital. 

We have opportunities in our:
• Harvest A our short stay ward (patient’s stay is less than 3 days) 
• Sunrise A and B wards and Clementine B are our three Acute Elderly Units (AEU) for patients who require longer hospital admissions 
• Care of the Elderly wards at King George Hospital, Holly, Gentian, Fern and Erica.

We will provide:
• excellent preceptorship
• personalised development plan 
• flexible working patterns (full and part time hours available)
• Band 5 Rotational Programme

All new staff appointed to posts at the Trust will be subject to a 6 month probationary period. This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the culture and working environment of the Trust.
