Salary: c £39,146 (including 30% uplift)

As a Peripatetic Staff Nurse (RN) you will be working across a locality within the County of Cornwall, where you will be responsible for providing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, to patients within multiple community hospitals within the inpatient wards, across the area you are responsible for. Thus, you will gain access to more than one setting, allowing your expertise to affect a larger scope of patients, whilst also being able to work alongside various different multi-disciplinary teams.

Person Specification: RN 1st Level Registration with driving license. A varied experience base of inpatient wards and work in a community setting is favourable.
