The island has a lot to offer and those living here benefit from:

At Noble's hospital, we also take pride in being able to offer a workplace that:

  • Is equipped to the latest standards
  • Offers brilliant training and development opportunities - We operate a well-resourced education and training centre. We provide excellent opportunities for professional learning including an extensive CPD programme
  • Has a great working environment - we're a close knit team who are driven to ensure we provide high quality healthcare services to the people on the island

For this post we also offer interview expenses and a relocation package of up to £7,000 based on receipts. Subsidised accommodation and assistance with housing costs may also be available.

At Noble's hospital and the DHSC, we have an exciting ambition to build a new model of health and social care that delivers truly effective health and social care strategies in a way which is innovative and responsive to community needs. This is an exciting opportunity where you can make a difference and be a part of shaping the Islands’ future health services.

If you would like to achieve a fantastic work-life balance with a professionally satisfying job whilst living in one of the safest, least congested and most beautiful parts of the British Isles then this is the job for you!
