Nurse Qualified Care Manager – Care Home Group in Milton Keynes to 45k

We are a care home group looking for a nurse qualified Care Manager to work closely and deputise for the Home Manager in Castlemead Nursing and Care home in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes.

As a Care Manager you will be passionate about provi+ding the highest quality care to our residents.

You will coach and mentor a team of care assistants and work closely with the nursing team within the home. You will have experience in dementia care, together with relevant and up to date clinical knowledge of CQC requirements, legislation.
