36 hrs per week | Days | £16.50 per hour | Privately Owned Care Home
A RGN or RMN qualified Staff Nurse is required to work full-time days in a small, private care home near Bridgend.
The home provides nursing care to older adults with general nursing needs.
Details of the Staff Nurse RGN/RMN role:
• 36 hrs per week
• Day shifts only
• Competitive rates of pay at £16.50 per hour
• A fantastic working environment with an experienced team
As Staff Nurse RGN/RMN, you will coordinate and implement person centred care plans, ensuring the needs of service users are met. You will administer and manage drugs and medications along with maintaining accurate records and leading a team of HCAs on duty.
The successful candidate for this Staff Nurse RGN/RMN post will meet the following criteria:
• Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• Up to date NMC registration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
