An experienced RGN or RMN qualified Manager is required to lead and develop a 40+ bedded, fully CQC compliant elderly and dementia nursing home in the Braintree area.
Details of this Nurse Qualified Care Home Manager RGN/RMN role and what the successful candidate will receive:
• 40 hours per week on day shifts
• An excellent annual salary in the region of £45,000 to £55,000 depending on experience
• A company pension scheme
• Free on-site parking
As Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of staff, budgets and resources in addition to ensuring the continuation of the excellent standards of care and living throughout the home.
Applicants for this Care Home Manager RGN/RMN position should meet the following criteria:
• NMC registered Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• At least 3 years’ experience working as a CQC Registered Manager with a proven track record of success
• Able to offer commitment and longevity to the role and demonstrate this through a stable employment history
• Good knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to the care home sector
