My client is looking to recruit an experienced RGN to run and lead their care home in Colchester. This is a high dependency centre providing 24-hour nursing and personal care for younger adults with physical disabilities.
Details of this Registered Manager RGN position and what our client is offering the successful candidate:
• A permanent, full-time contract of 37.5 hours per week
• Working day shifts only
• A great annual salary of £40,634
• A fantastic working environment
As Registered Manager RGN, you will coordinate and oversee the day to day running of the service, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that doesn’t compromise on quality of care or life. You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources.
What the service is looking for in a Registered Manager RGN:
• Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN
• Up to date NMC registration
• Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
• A strong and inspiring leader and able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK nursing home
• Financially aware and able to manage and adhere to budgets
