A specialist mental health care, rehabilitation and support facility in a village near Bideford currently has a vacancy for a qualified RGN or RMN to join their team as Home Manager.

The small care service provides long term care and support to young adults and adults of working age who are living with high dependency and complex mental health conditions and supports service users with challenging behaviours to reintegrate to community living. 

What the home is offering and details of this Mental Health Home Manager RMN/RNLD role:

 

• 37.5 hours per week 

• Permanent days 

• Fantastic salary of £38000 to £40000 per annum

As RMN/RNLD Home Manager, you will coordinate and oversee the day to day running of the home, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient service that doesn’t compromise on quality of care or life.  You will deliver effective clinical leadership and line management to the clinical and non-clinical teams in addition to managing budgets and resources.

Applicants for this Mental Health Home Manager RMN/RNLD post should be/have: 

 

• Qualified Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD

• Up to date NMC registration

• A strong leader and able to motivate, lead and support clinical and non-clinical staff

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of CQC essential standards and all legislation relevant to a UK nursing home

• Financially aware and able to manage and adhere to budgets

• Experienced in mental health and as a registered manager
