A small private nursing home in a rural setting in Southern Ayrshire is currently recruiting for RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurses to join their clinical team, with full or part-time hours available on a flexible basis.

The home is fully compliant with all Care Inspectorate essential standards and offers round the clock nursing care packages to older people with general and dementia nursing needs.

Details of the RGN/RMN/RNLD Registered Nurse vacancies and what the home is offering:

  • Full or part-time contracts available, with contracts of up to 38.5 hours per week available
  • Great pay rates of £15.80 per hour
  • Flexible shifts in place with days, nights, evenings and weekends available
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities in addition to a comprehensive induction

As RGN/RMN/RNLD Nurse, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements.  You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.

What our client is looking for in a Staff Nurse RGN/RMN/RNLD:

  • Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability Nurse/RNLD
  • Up to date NMC registration
  • Ideally demonstrate some post-registration experience (preferably within an elderly care setting) although newly qualified nurses will also be considered for this position
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
