A small private nursing home in a rural setting in Southern Ayrshire is currently recruiting for an experienced HCA with a passion for working in older people’s services to work as Care Team Leader.
Details of this Care Team Leader position and what the successful candidate will receive:
- 33 hours per week depending on your requirements
- Excellent hourly rates of pay of £10.65
- Days and nights on a flexible basis
- A fantastic working environment in a small, fully compliant home
As Care Team Leader, you will support with the planning and delivery of personal care to residents, playing a key role in the hands-on delivery of care in addition to coordinating the team on the floor.
Applicants for this Care Team Leader post should meet the following criteria:
- Demonstrate proven experience working as a Senior HCA/Care Assistant in an elderly care environment
- Have completed SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and Medication Training
- Passionate about providing high quality care and support
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and compassionate nature
