A large care home in the Oakham area currently has opportunities for experienced RGNs to work as Staff Nurse, with a range of flexible working opportunities available.

Details of the RGN Nurse vacancies and what the home is offering:

As RGN Staff Nurse you will be involved in undertaking the planning, delivery and evaluation of resident care and ensuring the highest possible standards of care are consistently delivered.

Applicants for this Nurse RGN position should meet the following criteria;

•                    Adult Nurse/RGN with valid NMC pin

•                    Experienced within a similar care setting with good knowledge and understanding of the complex requirements involved

•                    Strong clinical leadership skills with a positive and proactive approach

•                    Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of others
