A leading national provider of health and social care services is currently recruiting to recruit a Nurse-qualified Deputy Ward Manager RGN/RMN to work in their hospital in Stockport.

The facility offers specialist support to adults of all ages experiencing acuter mental illness. 

Details of this Nurse-qualified Deputy Ward Manager RGN/RMN position and what our client is offering:
•    37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract

As Nurse-qualified Deputy Ward Manager RGN/RMN, you will oversee the planning, direction and management of clinical services within the ward.  You will supervise and support staff and will ensure high standards of care are maintained, in addition to working closely with the Senior Management Team to further develop the service.

Applicants for this Deputy Ward Manager RGN/ RMN/RNLD position should be/have:
•    Demonstrate proven experience working in a mental health service
•    A strong leader and confident in all aspects of supporting, mentoring and performance managing a team
•    Flexible to work shifts covering a 7 day rota
