Job Details
A very large elderly and dementia nursing home in a village just outside of Crewe currently has a vacancy for an RGN or RMN qualified Staff Nurse to join their clinical team.
Details of this Night Staff Nurse RGN/RMN role and what the successful candidate will receive:
• 49 hours a week on a permanent basis
• Night shifts only
• Competitive hourly pay rates of £17.50
• An excellent working environment in an independently owned and managed, CQC compliant and “Good” rated home
As Night Staff Nurse RGN/RMN, you will manage and implement care for a caseload of residents in the home, ensuring care plans are up to date and meeting both resident needs and legal requirements. You will also safely manage and administer drugs and medications in addition to leading a team of HCAs on shift in the delivery of high-quality care.
The successful candidate for this Night Staff Nurse RGN/RMN post will meet the following criteria:
• Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• Up to date NMC registration
• Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
