A leading national provider of health and social care services is currently recruiting for experienced RMNs and RNLDs to work in their hospital in the Royston area.

The facility offers a range of locked and open rehabilitation services in addition to supported living services to equip residents with the independent living skills necessary to return to life in the community.  The service supports both men and women with mental illnesses, personality disorders and mild learning disabilities.

Details of the RMN or RNLD Nurse roles and what our client is offering:

• 37.5 hours per week on a permanent contract

What the hospital is looking for in a Registered Nurse:

• Qualified Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD

• Up to date NMC registration
• Ideally demonstrate some post-registration experience working in a similar setting, although the hospital can offer a comprehensive preceptorship programme to Newly Qualified Nurses
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible to work shifts covering a 24/7 rota
• Committed to delivering the highest standards of evidence-based treatment, care and support to service users
