One of the UK’s leading health and social care groups is currently looking to recruit an RGN or RMN qualified Senior Nurse to work full-time nights in their large nursing home in Aberdeen.

The home offers elderly, dementia and disability nursing care packages in beautiful, modern surroundings and received good and very good quality grades during the most recent Care Inspectorate assessment.

As RGN/RMN Senior Night Nurse, you will predominantly be working with service users with general elderly and dementia care needs and will play a key role in the management and implementation of resident care in addition to leading a team of staff on the night shift.

What the home is looking for in a Senior Night Nurse:

• NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN
• Experienced in elderly and dementia care/demonstrate current nursing home experience
• Confident in undertaking all aspects of care planning, implementation and in the safe management of medications
• Ideally experienced in a leadership or supervisory role in a clinical setting
• Confident leading teams and acting as Nurse in Charge if required
