A leading national private healthcare provider currently requires an experienced RGN with clinical experience to work as Outpatients Nurse Manager in their hospital in Northwood.

Details of this Outpatients Nurse Manager RGN role and what our client is offering are as follows:

As RGN Outpatients Nurse Manager, you will strategically plan the clinical services, responsible for day to day organisation and management of clinical departments. Providing clear direction and leadership to all clinical staff, whilst supporting the initiatives of the hospital. Taking responsibility to lead the department under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.

Candidates for this Outpatients Nurse Manager RGN role will meet the following criteria:

  • Adult Nurse/RGN with Level 1, unrestricted NMC registration
  • Proven experience in an outpatient setting in a senior or managerial position, with change management experience
  • Demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development, including having completed a recognised teaching/assessing qualification
  • Up to date with current clinical practice and able to demonstrate clinical credibility
  • Well organised and an effective manager, with experience in line management and performance management
  • Good practical understanding of CQC & Nice guidelines
