An RGN or RMN qualified Staff Nurse is required to join a small private nursing home in Salisbury.
The fully CQC compliant care home offers elderly, dementia and disability care to older adults and provides a great environment for older people to spend their retirements.
Details of the Staff Nurse RGN/RMN role and what the home has to offer:
• A permanent contract for 36 hours per week
• Day or night shifts are available
• Excellent pay rates of £17 to £19 per hour depending on experience

As Staff Nurse RGN/RMN, you will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of resident care, in addition to the management and administration of medications, demonstrating a commitment to the highest standards of resident care and safety.
The successful candidate for this Staff Nurse RGN/RMN post will meet the following criteria:
• Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN, with up to date NMC registration
• Ideally experienced in a UK care home, with evidence of continuing professional development
• Confident in all aspects of care delivery along with leading and supporting the nursing team
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
