A large nursing home in Larne is currently looking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to work as Night Nurse on a full-time, permanent basis.
What the home is offering and details of this RGN/RMN/RNLD Night Nurse position:
- Contracts of 36 to 42 hours per week are available
- Permanent nights
- Excellent rates of pay of £16 per hour, plus great overtime rates
- A supportive working environment in a very well-run home
- A comprehensive induction plus ongoing opportunities to undertake professional training
- Support with NMC revalidation
As RGN/RMN/RNLD Night Nurse, you will manage and implement care programmes for a caseload of residents, ensuring their clinical and personal care needs are met. You will manage drugs and medications and will accurately update all care and medications records.
The skills, qualifications and qualities required in a Registered Nurse:
- NMC registered Adult/General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
- Ideally demonstrate previous experience working in a UK nursing home setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and passionate about delivering high quality care
