A small elderly nursing care home near Radstock currently has 2-night positions and 1-day time position for a qualified RGN or RMN staff nurse. 


This service cares for residents mostly requiring end of life and palliative care alongside those with dementia and complex care needs. 


Details of the RGN/RMN Staff Nurse role and what the home has to offer:
•    A permanent contract for 36 hours per week
•    Day or Night shift positions available 
•    Excellent hourly pay rates from £17.00 (weekdays) - £17.50 (weekends) 
•    Paid Breaks
•    DBS and uniform paid for

•    Ongoing in-house training 


As RGN/RMN Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of resident care, in addition to the management and administration of medications, demonstrating a commitment to the highest standards of resident care and safety.


The successful candidate for this RGN/RMN Staff Nurse post will meet the following criteria:
•    Qualified Adult Nurse/RGN or Mental Health Nurse/RMN, with up to date NMC registration
•    Experienced in a UK care home 
•    Confident in all aspects of high standard care delivery practice along with leading and supporting the nursing team
•    Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
