A qualified RGN is required to work full-time nights in a 40+ bedded elderly nursing home in a village just outside of Northwich.

The home offers elderly and dementia care in a country house setting, with a strong team in place and some great facilities to support excellent standards of care and living for residents.

Details of this RGN Night Nurse vacancy and what the successful candidate will receive:

  • A permanent contract of 36 hours per week, worked as 3 nights per week
  • Great rates of pay of £18.50 per hour (equivalent to Band 7) plus paid breaks
  • Enhanced pay rates for Bank Holidays
  • Free uniforms, refreshments and DBS check, plus free on-site parking
  • A comprehensive induction and staff training and development programmes
  • Staff recognition, long service and employee reward schemes

Duties for this RGN Night Nurse role will include medication management and administration, leading care assistants in the delivery of person-centred care and ensuring care documentation is up to date.

The qualities and skills our client require in a Night Nurse:

  • NMC registered Adult Nurse/RGN
  • Some post-registration experience, ideally within elderly care
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organised, with good attention to detail and a passion for providing high quality care
