Description: Our clients centres are patient focused offering a great patient care ratio working closely with local CCGs and NHS Trusts to reduce waiting times. Several of their Treatment Centres are rated Outstanding by CQC, with their unfaltering dedication to quality is something they are very proud of.

Our client is looking to recruit a new ward shift leader to Lead all Registered Nurses on the Ward supporting and working with the Ward manager/deputy ward manager. The Ward Department is one of the more challenging but most rewarding places to work. The client emphasizes that everyone makes a difference and the work that is done directly affects the patient’s experience.

Our client’s shift patterns mean that weekends aren’t mandatory and they are done on a as and when basis, due to the fact that they offer elective surgery so it is rare that you would be required to work beyond your expected hours. Generally working shift patterns are between 8am – 6pm, these can vary however the shifts are 10-hour days.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for an experience RGN with surgical experience in a variety of surgical specialties, our client would like someone who shows the drive to progress their career.
