Job Details

DHU are currently seeking a Rota Assistant to work in our Rota team, covering the shift requirements of the DHU Urgent Care (Derbyshire) Division. The teams consist of Clinical and Non-Clinical staff members across DHU.

The job holder will be organised, IT literate, have the ability to prioritise and use initiative ensuring shifts are consistently fully staffed. You will be responsible for monitoring absence and providing statistical information to the reporting Managers. You will provide feedback to your Service lead / Supervisor where issues or risks are present.

You will have excellent communication skills, written and verbal. You will be confident and able to liaise with all levels of Clinical and Non-Clinical staff within all areas of the organisation. You will have the ability to form strong working relationships to encourage team work and collaboration within the workforce.

Early evening and weekend cover on a rota basis is essential to support the service so a flexible approach is key. You may also be required to travel to other DHU sites or bases.
