UAE World Class Hospital is looking to fill 10 Registered NICU Nurses positions – meet the CNO in London

OHR Recruitment is assisting our client in Abu Dhabi who is expanding their established NICU unit from 18 cots to 33 cots. They are looking for qualified and experienced NICU nurses to join them from September 2019.  Their  UK trained CNO will be visiting London during June to give interested nurses the opportunity to meet and discuss this opportunity in more detail.

Job Summary:

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with post graduate Specialist Neonatal qualification
(ENB 405 or equivalent)

Years of experience: Ideally with 4 years’ experience in NICU – less will be considered

Experience:

  • Must be licensed or able to be licensed as a Specialty Nurse
  • Must have a Post Graduate Certificate in neonatology of at least 12 months in duration
  • Must have experience of working in a Level 3 NICU
  • Able to handle high patient numbers and stress

Compensation and Benefits:

•           Salary – tax free:

- up to AED 16,000 + single accommodation (inclusive of utilities, Internet and transport)

- OR AED 18,000 (and find own accommodation)

•           Free Medical Insurance and Mal Practice Insurance

•           Yearly air-ticket allowance

•           Annual leave of 22 working days

•           End of Service gratuity payment

We are additionally looking for Midwives who may be interested working in the same hospital with thesame package offered as above – 2+ years post midwifery qualification required.  NMC registration preferred – please forward your CV!

The current NICU department is a 15 bedded Level 3 unit plus 8 bedded Level 2 SCBU taking babies from 23 weeks upwards, there is a planned expansion which will increase the number of beds to a total 33 beds opening by September 2019 and to reflect this they require at least 10 NICU trained nurses to join them.
