Description: As part of a continued programme of service improvement ensuring best practice and effective clinical leadership, our client has decided to offer an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic, organised and knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner. The experienced individual has the opportunity to support the multi-disciplinary team in delivery of quality evidence-based advice, support and care for service users and their carers within the mental health recovery pathway.
