Description: Our client is a well-established care home group which operates more than 20 homes in the south of England. All of their homes are rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ with CQC. They primarily focus on providing a care service for adult nursing, palliative, respite and dementia care.
Our client is looking for a Senior Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their established team on days or nights. In the senior role you will lead by example, role-modelling excellent nursing practice and using your acute clinical skills to enhance the lives of residents. You will assist the Clinical Lead in providing training supervisions and other duties will include clinical audits, assessing and updating care plans and covering the role of Clinical Lead in their absence.

Person Specification: You will need to be a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN. Experience of adult nursing in an acute clinical setting is a must; nursing home experience is desirable.
