Description: A UK leader in specialist psychiatric services now have a job opening for a Practice Development Nurse RMN / RNLDIn this role, you will maintain, assess and constantly work towards improving standards of care through education and continuous development of staff.You will proactively introduce quality improvements within the hospital and utilise the findings through peer review initiatives, clinical supervision, mentorship and coaching.Previous experience in training and education within a healthcare setting is essential, as will be conducting audit activities and completing productive summary reports and action plans relating to the results.Person Specification: All applicants must be a qualified Mentor and also hold a first level qualification in Mental Health Nursing ( RMN ) or Learning Disabilities Nursing ( RNLD ) within the UK along with a current valid PIN.Benefits: Excellent benefits package which includes a competitive salary, company pension scheme, Group Life Assurance, enhanced maternity package, free meals, free parking, extremely generous annual leave including your birthday off, retail discounts, travel accounts plus many more!
