Staff nurse - (RGN or RMN)

Salary: £18.50 per hour

Description: Our client is currently recruiting for a staff nurse to join their fantastic team. The role is within a modern a purpose-built 60-bed dementia care home. You would be joining a brilliant company that put emphasis on providing the best care possible to all of their residents. The home that the right candidate would enter is a specialist in dealing with palliative care and patients that suffer from dementia.

As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) you’ll be responsible for looking after the physical, psychological and social needs of the residents to ensure that they are satisfied with every aspect of the care they receive. Along with the above you would also be responsible for developing care plans, providing medicine safely and delivering a high standard of care at every opportunity. Experience of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments is important for the role.

Person Specification: You’ll need to be a qualified nurse as an RGN/RMN, have current NMC registration, a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices, experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
