Our Community Children's Nursing Service (CCN) is a team of experienced children's nurses who provide specialist nursing care, support and co-ordination of care to children and young people with a range of complex health care needs and disabilities. These include those with life limiting/life threatening conditions, chronic illnesses, palliative care needs, end of life care needs and short-term acute care needs. We work in partnership with the family and other professionals who may be involved in supporting them.

Due to the development of existing team members we are looking for motivated and innovative nurses with experience of working with children to join our supportive and friendly service.  We have a variety of opportunities available ranging from community nursing and complex care to roles with our training team.

We are dedicated to ensuring that high quality patient centred care is at the heart of everything we do, and our staff are supported in their roles and encouraged to develop. As a team member you will receive ongoing support and development to enhance the care you provide to the families we support.
