Registered Nurse / Staff Nurse - RGN, RMN, RNLD - NIGHTS 
Location – Mildenhall, Suffolk CQC Rating – OUTSTANDING £17.00ph days & £18.00ph nights Are you an organised, methodical Nurse who is passionate about delivering positive change? As an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD), you’ll be well versed in care planning processes and fully familiar with clinical assessment tools. You are determined to develop your leadership skills as well as your nursing/clinical knowledge. A friendly and personable approach will mean that you are able to build close relationships not only with residents and their families, but also the team around you. What you’ll be doing: You will be responsible for leading, mentoring and motivating the care team during your shifts whilst also ensuring that the residents’ medical, physical and emotional requirements are exceeded. You will assess, develop, implement and evaluate care plans for the residents in accordance with our clinical governance framework. Ultimately you will champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement within the home. Who are we?
